When did you start painting?

I started oil painting when I was 20.

What is your process for each piece?

I start off by choosing a reference photo that I personally take. Then I grab a blank wood panel or canvas and get started. Each painting is hand-painted. It is a very slow process to add in all the details and can take days or weeks to finish a piece. 

How are prints shipped?

8 x 10 in. prints are shipped in a rigid flat mailer. Larger prints and prints purchased with a large print are shipped rolled in a tube. 

Do you have your original paintings anywhere locally?

I have a small selection of paintings available at The Kind Cup in Corolla, NC. The best way to purchase a painting is directly through myself. I always list the available paintings on my website. 

How are originals shipped?

Depending on the size, they are either packaged with layers of paper, cardboard wrap, and bubble wrap or if they are packaged in a fine art shipping box.
